In these four days, we will use Ensemble Thinking (developed by Nina Martin) to dive into performative group improvisation. This technique provides clear tools and shared vocabulary for observing/participating in improvisations and playing with space, shape, and time. Together, we will experiment with structures, find ways to break the boundaries, and fly into the unknown. Open to all experience levels, dancers, actors, choreographers, improvisers, movers. Bring 3 or more members of your company or working group and you will all receive 25% off the total price of hte workshop (may not be combined with other offers)!

Nina, Andrew, Kelly and Margaret have been working together for over six years. While living in San Diego and as artists with Lower Left, they had great opportunities to further develop Nina’s Ensemble Thinking.
