From June 8 – 18, Contact Improvisation will be celebrating its 36th Anniversary at Juniata College in Pennsylvania. Following that event, Intercontinental Contact will offer an opportunity to dance and dialogue with improvisers from around the world. Welcoming attendees of CI36 and others who were not able to attend the event, we will organize a multi-faceted week of activities.

Part 2: Monday (6/23) - Thursday (6/26): The Deep Exploration
Option 1: Interweave with K.J. Holmes and Ray Chung. This workshop is a moving dialogue and bridge between the physical and imaginal. As we fall into furthering our skills of Contact Improvisation, we will deepen into the layers of questions and investigate intention, intervals, and improvising improvising. To register for this workshop only click here.
Option 2: Lab Group:
Facilitated by Joerg Hassman, Angela Donni, and Martin Hughes, this will be an environment designed to offer participants the opportunity to collaborate as a group in exploring specific themes, content, and skills in contact improvisation. Beginning with guided ideas and warm-ups, over the course of these 4 days we will co-create our curriculum day by day, engaging in teaching each other and learning through dialogue, exchange, and lots of dancing.

Tuition/Room/Board all inclusive- Price includes all tuition costs, housing, 3 delicious vegetarian meals/day, access to hiking trails, our wood-fired sauna, and quarry.
