Dance Spree a community-run dance every Friday night in Northampton. We are a barefoot, tobacco-alcohol-drug free, friendly event. Children of all ages are very welcome at the dance, but young children should be accompanied by an adult. We start around 8:30 pm and go until 12:30 am. Usually the first Friday of the month runs later. There is a sliding scale fee of $6-$10.


Dance Spirit every Sunday from 10 am to Noon and Wednesday from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm in the Fitzwilly Building, 4th Floor, 25 Main St. in Northampton.  For more information, see www.dancespirit.org.
 
VIDAM (Valley Improvisational Dance And Music).  This event is open to all who would like a focused creative space to move in collaboration with others and with improvised sound.
